ARTISTS’ ALLIANCE – COLONIAL BEACH
October, 2024
The Artists’ Alliance (AA) at Jarrett Thor Fine Arts welcomes Eric Nelson as it’s featured artist in October. Eric works in many media. He describes his artwork as, “bold, colorful, passionate, purposeful, and varied.” His piece, “Poppies in Relief”, is a good example of his current work with translucent acrylic on mylar.
He used translucent gel on mylar, with flowers, and a paper mache vase in bas relief, covered with mosaic tiles. Additionally, AA artists display an array of painting, sculpture, photography, encaustics, ceramics, jewelry, and wood furniture throughout the gallery.
October Artist Displays
The Artists’ Alliance October show is particularly strong, with many outstanding individual artists displays. The following pictures capture the work of:
Rob Rudick, Leanna Taylor, Barbara Brennan, Andrea Clement, Karen Julihn, Rita Kovach, and Connie Canby.
