Saturday the 8th 1-3pm—CRITIQUE AFTERNOON with Connie Canby  
A fun way to learn how to critique a work of Art. It could be yours or one you like or own. Each person brings two. Using handouts we briefly discuss the language of art and elements of design.  The works are numbered and anonymous  from the beginning.  This class has been very successful in introducing a better understanding of what makes art art.

 

Saturday the 15th 1-5—Beginning Jewelry Making with Liana Pivirotto
our member jeweler that has created such a stir with her unique beaded bracelets and statement necklaces as well as many contemporary earrings. Liana will provide all supplies.  Snacks and drinks provided $80

 

Wednesday Evening 19th— Life Drawing Uninstructed.
This class is for all levels of skill even if you just want to bring a pad and pencil and try it or for those of us who

love to practice (or need to) it is so helpful to draw the figure. We usually ask a neighbor to sit and they get to know us and we get to know them. $5 per session.

 

Friday March 28th   1-3  Life Drawing Uninstructed.
We will be doing the same thing as the evening class on the 19th. If successful we will do monthly sessions. $5

 

Saturday March 29th 10-3.  Workshop With Kathryn Murray 
our member artist that does abstracts and photography  both on display at the gallery.  This workshop will be 

                                                an unusual approach  to painting. You will explore by doing several acrylic tissue paper works which will  then be attached to a base as a final step. Some supplies provided you will be contacted with further 

info before class.  Bring Lunch, drinks and snacks provided. $90
